01 / What we do

See the whole picture.
Handle the details.

Good projects need more than a good idea. They need the right people, a workable plan and someone who can connect it all. AMPC brings recreation planning, community engagement and hands-on production together under one roof.

01 — PLAN

Recreation
& trails.

Practical plans for places people want to explore. We work through land constraints, community priorities and approvals to create a clear path forward.

  • Trail design & master planning
  • GIS mapping & feasibility
  • Land approvals & engagement
  • Hazard identification and risk assessments for trail networks and outdoor recreation infrastructure
02 — DELIVER

Projects
& partnerships.

From funding applications to contractor coordination, we keep complex projects moving and help people find common ground.

  • Grant writing & budgets
  • Procurement & contract administration
  • Stakeholder & agency coordination
03 — PRODUCE

Events
& experiences.

The planning behind the moment. We bring race operations, site logistics, crews and communications together so your event works on the ground.

  • Event & race management
  • Site planning & logistics
  • Crew & contractor coordination

02 / Selected experience

Different terrain.
Same commitment.

Mountain venues, public lands, community projects. We know our way around the moving parts.
